Sitting as a member of the PCS Leadership Team, Tracey provides the direction and insight necessary to ensure PCS has effective operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to grow and, ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Tracey joined People + Culture Strategies in July 2010 as the Firm’s Financial Controller, and as Chief Operating Officer, now oversees and manages the various support functions of the Firm.
Tracey has worked as a finance professional across various industries and with many high profile organisations, such as George Patterson Y&R, Accor Asia Pacific, Fairfax Media and Olympus Imaging Australia. She has a particular interest in the areas of taxation, compliance, financial analysis and strategic planning.
Tracey attained her Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) in 1999 and has been a Certified Practising Accountant since 2003.
Tracey enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching movies, keeping fit and planning holidays.
Kate is People + Culture Strategies Events and Communications Manager and is responsible for directing and administering all aspects of the firms marketing and communications program as well as the management of all events.
After working as a senior HR professional for 7 years, in 2008 Kate decided to follow her passion for planning and branding and made the change to Event Management and Marketing.
Over the years she has worked on a range of events from small networking gatherings up to 1000+ formal black tie award ceremonies including the HR Summit Series and the Australian HR Awards.
In her spare time Kate volunteers with various charities managing fundraising events, runs a book club and loves to travel.
Kate joined People + Culture Strategies in July 2014.
Rhys is responsible for assisting the legal team in attending to the daily management of our clients, to building and sustaining existing client relationships. He brings a fresh approach to the forefront of client liaison services, with a considerable attention to detail, to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Previously, he spent over 2 years as Supervisor and Head Barista at the Virgin Australia Lounge (Domestic T2, Sydney Airport). Rhys utilised his considerable communications skills with a professional and diplomatic approach to building and maintaining a genuine rapport with senior executives, celebrities and frequent travellers.
Rhys is a dedicated sportsman with 15 years on the golf course, an avid player of tennis, cricket, AFL, and plays touch-football regularly.
Rhys joined People + Culture Strategies in January 2014.
Susan has over 11 year’s experience working in legal firms in both the UK and Australia, 7 years being within the area of workplace relations. Susan acts as the Executive Assistant to Joydeep Hor and has been working with Joydeep for the better part of the last 7 years.
In her role as Joydeep's EA, Susan is responsible for interfacing on Joydeep's behalf with people outside the firm and also co-ordination of Joydeep's diary and schedule.
In her spare time, Susan keeps fit by running, attending the gym and enjoys planning her next travels.
Susan joined People + Culture Strategies in August 2013.
With over 19 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (including the last 13 years in specialist workplace relation firms), Christie provides administrative assistance to Kathryn Dent (as well as Erin Lynch and Sina Mostafavi) bringing a high level of knowledge and support in the employment law space.
Outside of work Christie is a mother of a 9 year old boy who spends most of her weekends watching and supporting her son with his sporting activities.
Christie joined People + Culture Strategies in January 2012.
Mallory holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Sociology and Human Development from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
Mallory provides administrative assistance to Director Chris Oliver (as well as Alison Spivey and James Zeng) and brings a strong background in customer service to the position.
Mallory joined People + Culture Strategies in January 2015.
Shuvadip commenced employment at the firm in November 2010, initially working part-time in the summer term, and eventually progressing as an assistant to the legal and accounting staff.
Shuvadip is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree at the University of New South Wales, majoring in finance, business law and economics.
In his free time, Shuvadip enjoys cooking and is an enormous cricket fan.
